Lemon wine made from fruit, not flavouring
Alishan Lemon is a premium fruit wine brewed in Taiwan from water, lemon juice, sugar and yeast. It isn’t fruit-flavoured. It’s made from fruit, and that shows in its bright, zesty citrus character.
Lemon is the most familiar citrus of all, and a natural starting point for long, refreshing drinks. It also mixes well with other Alishan flavours, including Pineapple.
