Ingredients
- 60 mL Alishan Tangerine
- 30 mL vodka
- 15 mL lime juice
- 90 mL ginger ale
Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add Alishan Tangerine, vodka and lime.
- Top with ginger ale and stir gently.
- Garnish with tangerine.

- 45 mL Alishan Tangerine
- 30 mL gin
- 15 mL bitter aperitivo
- Tangerine peel, to garnish
- Stir all the liquids with ice for 30 seconds.
