Yuzu wine made from fruit, not flavouring
Alishan Yuzu is a premium fruit wine brewed in Taiwan from water, yuzu juice, sugar and yeast. It isn’t fruit-flavoured. It’s made from fruit, and that shows in its aromatic citrus character.
Yuzu is a fragrant citrus fruit long loved across East Asia. It smells floral and tastes somewhere between lemon and mandarin, which makes it a natural fit for a chilled glass or a long, sparkling serve.
Looking for yuzu wine in Australia? Alishan Yuzu is imported by Contento Holdings in Melbourne and comes in a 300 mL glass bottle.
