A long, sparkling serve. Makes one drink.
Ingredients
- 60 mL Alishan Orange
- 60 mL dry sparkling wine
- 60 mL soda water
Method
- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Add Alishan Orange, sparkling wine and soda.
- Stir gently.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
Two-ingredient Orange Spritz
Prefer something simpler? Fill a glass with ice, add 2 parts Alishan Orange, top with 3 parts blood orange soda and stir gently.
Signature serve: Orange Whisky Highball
A clean, long highball with a rounded citrus finish.
- 60 mL Alishan Orange
- 30 mL Japanese whisky
- 90 mL soda water
- Orange peel, to garnish
- Fill a highball glass with ice and stir to chill it.
- Add the Alishan Orange and whisky, then stir.
- Top gently with soda, stir once and garnish.
Approx. 1.7 standard drinks.
