Alishan Pineapple is a premium fruit wine brewed in Taiwan from water, pineapple juice, sugar and yeast. It isn’t fruit-flavoured. It’s made from fruit, and that shows in its sunny, tropical character.

Pineapple Margarita recipe
Shaken and served over fresh ice. Makes one drink.
Ingredients
- 30 mL Alishan Pineapple
- 45 mL blanco tequila
- 20 mL orange liqueur
- 20 mL lime juice
Method
- Salt half the rim of a rocks glass.
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Strain over fresh ice.
- Garnish with lime and a pineapple wedge.
Pineapple Grapefruit Spritz
Prefer something simpler? Fill a glass with ice, add 2 parts Alishan Pineapple, top with 3 parts grapefruit soda and stir gently.
Signature serve: Charred Pineapple Old Fashioned
A slow-sipping serve with aged rum and caramelised fruit.
- 45 mL Alishan Pineapple
- 30 mL aged rum
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- Charred pineapple wedge, to garnish
- Stir the liquids with ice for 30 seconds.
- Strain over one large ice cube in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with the charred pineapple.
