Apple and ginger over ice. Makes one drink.
Ingredients
- 60 mL Alishan Apple
- 30 mL vodka
- 15 mL lime juice
- 90 mL ginger beer
Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add Alishan Apple, vodka and lime.
- Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
- Garnish with apple and lime.
Apple Ginger Mule
Prefer something simpler? Fill a glass with ice, add 2 parts Alishan Apple, top with 3 parts ginger beer and stir gently.
Signature serve: Orchard Sour
A bright, bourbon-based sour with fresh apple character.
- 60 mL Alishan Apple
- 30 mL bourbon
- 20 mL lemon juice
- 5 mL sugar syrup (1:1)
- Thin apple slices, to garnish
- Shake the liquids hard with ice.
- Fine strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with the apple slices.
