Alishan Peach is a premium fruit wine brewed in Taiwan from water, peach juice, sugar and yeast. It isn’t fruit-flavoured. It’s made from fruit, and that shows in its fragrant stone fruit character.
Peach brings the soft, ripe feel of summer stone fruit. It works well on its own over ice, or lengthened with a citrus soda on a warm afternoon.

Peach & Basil Smash recipe
Fresh basil with ripe stone fruit. Makes one drink.
Ingredients
- 60 mL Alishan Peach
- 30 mL gin
- 20 mL lemon juice
- 5 mL sugar syrup (1:1)
- 4 basil leaves
Method
- Gently press the basil in a shaker.
- Add the liquids and ice, then shake.
- Fine strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with basil and peach.
Peach Citrus Spritz
Prefer something simpler? Fill a glass with ice, add 2 parts Alishan Peach, top with 3 parts lime and yuzu soda and stir gently.
Signature serve: Peach Ginger Bellini
A celebratory sparkler with a warm ginger edge.
- 45 mL Alishan Peach
- 5 mL ginger syrup
- 90 mL dry sparkling wine
- Thin peach slice, to garnish
- Chill a flute well.
- Add the Alishan Peach and ginger syrup, then stir.
- Top slowly with sparkling wine and garnish.
